A. The whole packing system
The Seller shall ensure the whole packing system meet the requirement proposed by the Buyer; accept and cooperate with the Buyer to pass the final machine test.
B. On-site installation
The Seller can supply on-site installation for the whole packing system, but the cost including air tickets, foods, hotel, translator and additional payment $100/day for each technician in this period should be paid by the Buyer
C. Technical support
The Seller shall supply technical support for the packing system, including operation manual.
D. Spare parts
The Seller should supply easy-broken parts along with the machine to ensure normal production.
Notes: During the warranty period, the Seller shall supply the broken parts for free, except the easy-broken parts or when the damage is caused by misoperation. Beyond the warranty period, the Seller shall supply all the parts for the packing machine the Buyer needs at cost.
